I came to live in Eindhoven 30 years ago, first in Blaarthem, on the other side of the river Gender. Then 15 years ago, we moved to the Genderbeemd. We did not want to move far away due to the pleasant living environment and convenient location: in 10 minutes we can cycle to the city or to the countryside (Dommel, Klotputten) and there is the nearby good road network.
