and certainly now that the wind is blowing again: no account is taken of the fact that something may fall or blow out of the stack. And then one just hopes that the people from the waste paper collection service will collect everything and take it with them. Well no, they don't:

So urgent advice: Collect items in a solid, closed cardboard box or another container or tightly tie items together with rope and we can keep the area a bit clean.

And if it does go wrong: just take a broom and a bin or box  and keep the paper until the next collection.
